Avocado Tahini side dish

Two spices form the base of my spice mix are peppercorns and turmeric ✨ all organic

To increase the bioavailability(increase their benefits )of the spices, they need to be mixed with a good source of fats: avocados, extravirgin olive oil, …this way all the beneficial compounds are easily absorbed✨🌱✨🌱

Avocado spiced Tahini

Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Mediterranean tahini paste ( Sesame seeds)
3 tablespoons of warm water mixed with 2 teaspoons of the spice Mix
1/4 cup of Greek yogurt (optional)
1/2 avocado
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons of good extravirgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Mix the tahini paste and the spiced warm water very well to make a lighter paste, then add the remaining ingredients, mix well 😊

To get the best benefit: This tahini can be eaten as a breakfast with fresh #bread as a snack, with all fish dishes or just topped with walnuts and salad✨

The spices used are turmeric, pepper, ginger, cumin, cayenne, paprika, ground garlic, salt, olive leaf, ground onion.

This paste combines bioactive components including vital minerals, vitamins, phytosterols, essential fatty acids as well as tocopherols which provide defense mechanism against reactive oxygen species associated with ageing
